Co-founder and Trainer
With a background in politics, Lea gained extensive experience designing events, facilitating workshops and managing international projects, such as a training program for young professionals from Eastern Europe. Then, suddenly, she found herself on parental leave, as an expat wife in Belgium. She then started a second degree in psychology during her parental leave, to work more closely with people.
Being a long-time advocate for equal opportunities, Lea welcomed the chance to co-found TalentInterlock. She hopes to help travelling spouses with Talent Interlock to maintain and to grow their own career.
